We also collect data through events such as Embedded World, Electronica, and Sensors Expo through scanners and surveys. If there is a data breach we are under a legal obligation to notify the supervisory authority without undue delay unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of the individuals. We will notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours after becoming aware of the data breach to make the report. Individuals will be notified if adverse impact is determined.

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under 13.
CAN SPAM Act
